Directions

Step 1

In hot pan add the olive oil, peppers and onions to fry.

Step 2

Cook until all is soften, do not brown

Step 3

Once onion and peppers are translucent add the garlic.

Step 4

Once garlic start to change color add the wine and cook until wine evaporate

Step 5

Add the tomato sauce and cook if to dry add some water, don't worry if you keep cooking the water will evaporate again. But making the sauce liquidly will cook better the peppers and the onion.

Step 6

Add your smoked paprika and cook to your favorite consistency.

Step 7

Once all cooked mash everything up with a potato masher.

Step 8

Serve on your Steaks, as a dressing to your salad or also with your Konjac Pasta.

Conclusion

When choosing the wine I suggest to go with one of the following keto "friendly" wine: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet, Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay or Riesling
