Its a classic Spanish Garlic chicken bake with Padrón peppers and Kohlrabi bites. Full of flavor while tasting the Mediterranean palate to it ! while adapted within the keto lifestyle and nutritional needs.

Directions
Take a clay pot or an oven dish and place it on your cooker hob on full heat, Once hot enough add your oil, add your chicken and brown your chicken pieces from each side until golden brown.
One both sides browned add the butter, once melted, add the garlic, onions and cook for 2 mins.
Add the Kohlrabi and then add the wine. Cook for few mins on high heat.
Add the peppers and your favorite herbs, I used Fennel, Aniseed, Oregano, Coriander, Rosemary, Salt, Pepper and Bay Leaves .
Once all is done and mixed, cover the dish or pot with a lid or cover in Aluminum Foil.
Bake for 50mins in a Pre-heated oven 250°C, after the 50mins, remove the lid or foil and switch on your Grill setting in your oven for the last 10mins, cook until your desired color.

Follow The Directions
