A creamy, tasty and healthy snack served with crunchy strips of carrots or any vegetables you like.  Perfect if you are watching those calories.  If not, it is just as delicious smeared onto gluten free crackers.



    Step 1

    Place all ingredients except for the avocado in a food processor and blitz until smooth, adding some of the brine if necessary. Now add the avocado flesh and blend again until totally smooth. Check for seasoning. Drizzle with a little olive oil, garnish with parsley, an olive and a sprinkle of paprika.
