Gluten Free dinner rolls that are so quick and easy to make and you do not even need a mixer!   Around ten minutes flat to prepare, let rise for two hours and bake!

When making GF bread, you have to use the same flour mixes as in the recipe. Changing the mixes might not produce the same results.

    Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in the water and then add the honey.

    Step 2

In a mixing bowl, place the flour, add the water/yeast mix and mix with a fork. Add the salt, olive oil and a handful of seeds. Keep mixing as much as you can, scraping from top to bottom using a silicone spatula.

    Step 3

Oil the work top and your hands as dough will be sticky, tip the dough on the worktop and knead it with oiled hands. Divide into four or six pieces, depends on how big you want your buns. Form into buns and place on a lined baking sheet.

    Step 4

Cover with a slightly oiled piece of cling film and leave for about two hours to double.

    Step 5

Brush with either melted butter or else a little olive oil mixed with a dash of water. Press in more seeds on the tops and slash with a knife.

    Step 6

Heat oven to 220C and bake the buns till they take on a golden colour. Take out and leave to cool.

Hi, I'm Jacqui, creator of The Blender and Senza G. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2012 and since then, gluten free cooking has become a passion of mine. I just love food, experimenting and creating new gluten free recipes or re-inventing old favorite ones so I can still enjoy what I used to love before. Being Celiac makes cooking more challenging but with loads of patience, intensive research and a burning desire to learn more and more, living the Gluten Free lifestyle has become much much easier. My mission has been that gluten free food should taste good. Gluten Free does not mean taste free and I will keep on working to discover new ways of making it even better! ❤️
